Named after the nations 6th president John Quincy Adams, we also named this girl after his favorite hobby which so happened to be skinny-dipping! And this little rambunctious girl has a spunky side too. We love her sweet personality and adorable antics! Quincy lives with her guardian family in the Elk Grove, CA area.
