Sadie is a true joy! 2017 will be a big year for sweet Sadie as she embarks on her chapter of becoming a mommy! Sadie lives in her guardian home here in Yuba City. She is loved by a family I have known for decades….we were literally best friends growing up so I know she is in the best hands ever! She has three children that love her dearly and a labrador retriever brother to hang out with.

Hennessy is one sweet girl! She loves to be with kids and other animals! Gentle in nature she is one of our bigger girls here at SBL weighing in the 40 pound range. Hennessy is gorgeous rich chocolate and we are excited to see her pups!

Remy has come to us from Hale’s Labradoodles to broaden our luxurious chocolate line. Who does not love a good chocolate? Remy is just scrumptious and we are excited to have her!

Remy’s military guardian family was moving so Remy has retired so that she can make the move with her family ❤️

Rue comes to SBL to bring in her amazing pedigree, sweet personality and that gorgeous chocolate coat! Rue will have mini/medium pups in the chocolate and caramel tones. She is just the sweetest most lovable girl!

Jo-Jo could be about the cutest little thing EVER! A little ultra-mini, this little girl is the keystone of our ultra-mini program! Not only is she uber petite, she is a love-bug to boot!

Gracie retired from SBL in the fall of 2018. Have a good retirement in Tahoe miss Gracie!

Reagan is more than we could ever hoped for! We love Reagan’s family tree and we think she is as sweet as she is adorable! Reagan has the heart of her guardian home and is a wonderful momma!

It was hard to pick the perfect pup from the Hana and Chip litter because to be honest….this litter was perfect….all seven of them! But we finally made our pick and her name is Mag Pie. We can hardly wait to see what Mag Pie brings us in the future, but for now she will live happily with her new guardian family and just enjoy being a puppy! Look for Mag Pie babies in 2017.

Mag Pie is retired after her beautiful #magpiebaxteroctober26 litter! She is living the retired life with her Guardian Family and her Westie brother Ralphie!

Mocha retired from SBL in summer of 2018 – Mocha is a gorgeous red mini. She is amazing in structure and has a luxurious red coat that is breathtaking. She is a complete sweetheart. She is a great watch dog who is protective of her family and always keeps watch over them and let’s them know if something is amiss. She is all wrapped up in a small package which is the perfect size for traveling…even in an airplane! Mocha loves people, kids and other animals and lives with another SBL momma, Marley Mae in their guardian home.

Daisy retired in early summer of 2017. She lives with her momma who was also a #sblmomma Bella. They have an amazing guardian home who they will retire the rest of their days with! God Bless our amazing SBL Families!

Sweet little bundle of love! So happy to have this girl from our last and final Dakota litter! This is a line that has been part of the Sutter Buttes trademark and we are thrilled to carry it on. Loyal and amazingly sweet, this line is a favorite amongst our clients! cannot wait to see what this little gal will do for us in the future! She lives with her guardian home in Ukiah, CA.

Lacey is a gorgeous girl with beautiful  coat pattern coloration and amber colored eyes that will melt your heart. Living in her guardian home that has worked with SBL for many years, she is a constant companion to a household of children. Lacey is loving and loyal…playful yet gentle. We love this girl!

Marley retired August 1st, 2016 after having 3 gorgeous litters for us!

Miss Lulu is a gorgeous gorgeous gal! In 2016 she will have her final litter for us here at SBL before she retires! She lives in the El Dorado Hills area with her guardian family that adores her so =) Miss Lulu is RETIRED!

Charlie retired in spring of 2016!

Our sweet Hana is a lover. She loves to be with her people that is for sure! Sweetest disposition and athletic all the same! Hana is truly the perfect pooch! She lives with her guardian family in Folsom, CA.

Buster may be the sweetest boy I have ever met! Coming to us from Hale’s Labradoodles this boy is a lover! One of a handful of infusion dogs accepted by the ALAA we are so proud to have him! What we have found with our infusion lines (our Dash is also from infusion lines) is that these genetics bring a quality into the lines that people love! It brings a nice solid and compact frame as well as the big floppy ears and endearing wide and round eyes. The infusion line is what helps us to achieve that overall “teddy bear” quality my clients (families) are looking for in a doodle. We are very excited to see what this boy is going to produce for us this year! He lives with us here at Sutter Buttes. Buster is available for stud service to approved breeders. Sophie is spunky fun! She is very social and loves to hang out with her family. She is blessed to have a family that takes her to work with them on a daily basis. She is friendly and out going and loves to play with our dogs when she comes to visit. She is superb with children and very tolerant. We are eager to see what Miss Sophie has in store of Sutter Buttes’ future. Sophie lives with her guardian family in Chico, CA.

The constant clown….that is how I would describe our Miss Lucy. She is the always happy and ever present companion. Always at my side Lucy is one big fluff of good karma. Even as an adult she still exudes that loving puppy quality about her. Like Peter Pan I do not think she ever wants to grow up. That being said, everyone that meets her falls head over heels for her charming personality and zest for life. Lucy lives with her guardian family in Folsom, CA.

Farah is the blonde bomb-shell star of the Sutter Buttes Program. She is one gorgeous girl. When I think of Farah, two words come to mind…..balance and stability. She is a true therapist in every sense of the term. This girl’s peaceful demeanor shines inside and out. Not that this is a surprise…..Farah comes from proven therapy lines. Everyone that has interaction with Farah is amazed with her calm state of being and lovable soul. She lives with her guardian family in Santa Rosa, CA.

Lily is a true chocolate. Her coat is luscious with a richness beyond words. She is so soft and silky….a real beauty. Her small size does not reflect her big personality. She is truly a big dog in a small package. She is confident and lovable. She holds her own with her best doodle buddy Daisy (a Standard Goldendoodle) with whom she lives with. She is a great companion to her guardian mom. Lily lives with her guardian family in Placerville, CA.

Copper is the perfect blend of two of my favorite doodles. Out of our Autumn Rose (now retired) she retained her mother’s gentle spirit combined with her father’s spunky personality. It is truly a unique blend. Copper comes from proven therapy lines. She loves to play with kids and other dogs. In fact, she lives in her guardian family with her full sibling…..brother Jazz in Chico, CA.

Roxy, like her name, is the life of the party! She is an awesome little girl. She was held back for our program for multiple reasons: lineage, temperament, coat, color, size….and those amazing green eyes! She loves to hang at home with her half brother Niko but is blessed to have an awesome guardian family that takes her to work with them. She is one spoiled girl. Roxie lives with her guardian family in Vacaville, CA.

Meg is a beautiful girl with a gorgeous Cafe au lait coat.
We are so excited as she is the first Cafe au lait dog in our program. A great disposition and a sweet demeanor, Meg comes from proven therapy lines. Looking ahead we see a great future in store for this little girl. Meg lives with her guardian family in Elk Grove, CA.

Our little Blondie is a true sweetheart! She loves people, children, dogs and even cats! She is open and eager to new experiences and has excelled in all of her training courses. True to the breed she is a shining example of the “perfect pet”. We can’t wait to see what this girl has in store for our breeding program. She lives with her guardian family in Davis, CA.

Truffle is one gorgeous girl! A dark chocolate coat and big beautiful amber eyes…this one will melt your heart. Coming from awesome therapy lines this little gal will start her training early. Like her big half sister Nutmeg, Truffle will begin working and training in a “therapy” environment at 3 months of age. She will be going to work with her guardian mom in a retirement/assisted living facility bringing joy and love to all around her. Truffles spends her time with her guardian family living between Reno NV as well as a home in the Tahoe CA region

Sutter Buttes is proud to announce the newest addition to our Breeding Program! We have always had the desire to produce Parti colored Labradoodles and it will finally happen this year! Introducing Cute As A Button. Cutie has officially joined our programs and will produce mini chocolate and white parti colored pups as well as some chocolates and cremes. She is an absolute sweety and we have already fallen in love with her in the short amount of time she has been here! Roisin is an Irish name meaning “Little Rose”. As a noun it simply refers to something that comforts you. What a fitting name for our sweet little Rosie. This little rose stems from therapy lines on both sides of her pedigree. I am sure she will provide the same kind of comfort to others as her parents have. We are so excited about this girl’s addition to our program. This is a line we will always keep running as it is sheer perfection in terms of the Labradoodle: temperament, health, coat quality, therapy lines, obedience, agility….everything you want your Labradoodle to be – this girl’s lineage has it! Rosie resides with her guardian family in Orland, CA.

Red Hot Chili Pepper (AKA Keno) is a chubby ball of fluff and fun! She has the sweetest temperament and knows how to have a good time! We are in love with her deep mahogany red color as well. Keno’s red is as true as it gets and she is a just a doll! We look forward to what this girl will bring to our program. She comes from very strong therapy lines. – We are excited as to what she will add to our program. Keno lives with her guardian family in Carmichael, CA.

Latte is a mellow and laid back girl! She has the sweetest temperament and is a true gem! We are in love with her color combination as well. She truly has a coat that looks like a cinnamon spice latte with a splash of milk! We look forward to what this girl will bring to our program. She comes from our strongest therapy line we have – our now retired Farah Star. Latte lives with her guardian family locally in the Yuba Sutter area, CA.

Sutter Buttes Storybook Romance is an amazing girl. A gorgeous black satin coat with enchanting white markings not to mention her charmingly adorable personality! This girl is from foundation lines in which many therapy dogs have produced. This girl will be used to bring back deep coloration in my apricot and red lines. By breeding to the black coloration, we enhance the lighter colored coats to deeper and richer colors. I am so proud of this line…..it will forever be a part of Sutter Buttes as it’s consistency has been proven over and over again.

Thanks to Hale’s Labradoodles for this tiny ULTRA-mini girl! She is everything we could ever want…..a big personality in a very tiny little package. Everywhere we take her she is the talk of the town. She will produce one of our first lines of ULTRA-minis in our program. She lives with us at Sutter Buttes!

Meet Sweet Diva Charlie! She is carrying out her momma’s tradition here at Sutter Buttes passing along a lovely line of genetics, coat splendor but most of all amazing temperament!! We are looking forward to see what she produces for us in 2013. Her peachy color and soft fleece coat is simply gorgeous! She comes from very strong therapy lines. – Charlie lives with her guardian family in Roseville , CA.

This little Hawaiian princess is beauty in motion. Playful and happy at heart Kailua is loads of fun! She is the perfect blend of both her mother and her father. Kailua loves to play with her guardian family and their two other Sutter Buttes Labradoodles: Kona and Hula! It is one big doodle family! Kailua lives with her guardian family in El Dorado Hills, CA

Midnight Kiss has stolen our hearts! He has the most loyal and laid back disposition and comes from wonderful therapy lines. We are very excited to see what this boy is going to produce for us this year! He lives with my parents his guardian family in the local Yuba Sutter area, CA.

Also known as Dash – this little guy will steal your heart. We are so pleased to have added this boy to our program. He is sheer perfection. He has every quality of the “perfect” Labradoodle. His temperament is one of confidence and security. He fears no one and is eager to greet anyone who wants to meet him. He gets rave reviews in his interaction with children. He is tolerant and patient. He understands the unpredictability of small children and is not unnerved by it. His coat is sheen and shiny and red as red can be. Silky and plush, his coat is loose waves of non-shedding fleece. A truly perfect coat in terms of Labradoodles. He is small but compact and sturdy. His boning is thick and solid. With his confident stride and cheerful disposition one can see why we fell so in love with this boy. Dash lives with our family.

We finally did it! We have literally tried to get parti coloration for the past 5 years to no avail – until now. This 4th generation girl from Sutter Buttes snatched up genes from both her grandfather Bossley and her dad Dash and wha-la – what a looker we have! A unique coloration of amber and pure white – she is everything we wanted! She lives with her guardian family and her mom Truffles in Reno, NV.

Hazelnut (AKA Dakota) is from one of my cherished foundation lines. This little gal has an ultra sweet disposition and wonderful conformation. I am so proud of this line…..it will forever be a part of Sutter Buttes as it’s consistency has been proven over and over again.

Our newest little Valentine is here! We can hardly wait to see what she has in store for our breeding program in 2012. Stemming from our foundation Kiya/Capone lines we have had nothing but greatness from our Bijan Claire, our Party at the Roxy and now the 4th generation bred here at Sutter Buttes presents My Funny Valentine! This lovely girl has gorgeous conformation, excellent rich color and a heart full of joy and love. That is why her name is so fitting. Valentine lives with her guardian family in Walnut Creek, CA.

Sutter Buttes Today Was A Fairytale (Lucy) is gorgeous!! A chip off the old block – a terrific blend of both mom and dad. An incredible deep red coat with traces of white markings. She is a complete sweet-pea! This girl is from foundation lines in which many therapy dogs have produced. I simply cannot wait to see this line continue on at Sutter Buttes – it is one of my favorites for so many reasons.

We have produced sheer perfection – yet again! We don’t mean to brag, but this line is something we cannot be modest about. This 4th generation girl from Sutter Buttes comes from lines steeped in therapy work. We chose this girl because she is an exact replica of what we love to produce here at Sutter Buttes. She lives with her guardian family in Napa, CA.

Tallulah is sweetness in a soft fluffy package! She has the kindest temperament and is just too hard to resist. We are in love with her color combination as well. A carmel colored coat with splashes of white. Like a caramel swirl candy and every bit as sweet =) Tallulah lives with her guardian family in Lakeport, CA.

Also known as Houston – This is one sweet and happy little boy. We are so pleased to have added this boy to our program. He has awesome conformation, a delectable coat and personality plus. Houston loves children and all sorts of animals. We are so proud that this boy carries on a line from his mother’s side that we have been working with for many years at Sutter Buttes. So excited to see what Houston will produce for us. Houston lives with his guardian home in the Bay Area region.

This little darling is the perfect blend of two of my favorite doodle lines. Out of our Copper Fawn (now retired – see retired breeder page) she retained her mother’s gentle spirit combined with her father’s spunky personality – this line stems form our Autumn Rose and California Ozzie and their beloved traits just keep passing right down the generational pike. It is uniquely wonderful blend. We have proven therapy lines in this great genetic line up. She loves to play with kids and other dogs. She lives in her guardian family in the Northern CA region.
