2) Please visit our Deposit and Payments page and submit your deposit. A $515 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on our waitlist. DEPOSITS EXPIRE WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PLACEMENT IF NOT USED!

We will notify you once we have received both your application and deposit and they have been approved. Please note that you will not be added to our waitlist until we have received both your application and deposit.
